No rooms on first floor; rooms on second through fourth floors with penthouse on fifth floor, free parking, complimentary hot breakfast served between 6:30am and 9:30am, 24-hour front desk, hard wired smoke detectors, nighttime security staff, video monitor in parking area, and externally accessible elevators secured after 11:00 PM.
