The Indian Lakes Resort is located less than 20 miles west of Chicago in the suburb of Bloomingdale. This recently renovated 260-acre resort blends dramatic architecture with two golf courses. The multimillion- dollar renovation extended to all parts of this resort, including the two, redesigned, 18-hole golf courses. Guests will enter into a striking, six-story atrium lobby with a cave constructed of imitation boulders housing a lobby bar. The Spa Vargas, a new addition, offers manicures and pedicures, facials, hairstyling, makeup, massages, and body treatments. Besides a state- of-the-art fitness facility, the Indian Lakes Resort has both an indoor and outdoor pool, and tennis facilities. There are six different food and beverage outlets on the resort, conveniently located in places like the poolside or overlooking the golf course. Guests can enjoy everything from fine, grilled cuisine to light snacks.
The Indian Lakes Resort has 310 unique, hexagon-shaped rooms with stucco ceilings and exposed beams, offering views of either the golf course or the lobby atrium. All rooms include complimentary high-speed Internet access, desks with brown leather executive chairs, and armchairs with ottomans. The beds have premium bedding, floral bedspreads and wooden headboards. The bathrooms feature Italian slate floors, granite vanities, large mirrors, and marble showers.
