The pool area is extraordinary - a labyrinth of pools, waterfalls and waterslides that weave their way along one of America’s best beaches. The Grand Wailea has six restaurants, a nightclub and five lounges. Each is completely unique in design, décor and presentation, ranging from fresh seafood to contemporary Japanese influenced by local Hawaiian flavors.
All guest rooms are quite spacious, beginning at 640 square feet, and contain either a king bed or two queen beds. Each room features a private lanai (balcony), marble bathroom with oversized bathtub and separate glass enclosed shower, sitting area and desk. In-room amenities include air- conditioning, ceiling fans, a 27″ color TV with cable, in- room movies, three direct-dial telephones, mini-bar, complimentary safe, coffee-maker and bathrobes. Each room type has a different view from their balcony. Deluxe Ocean rooms are located on the upper floors of the Wailea, Haleakal and Molokai wings, and offer the best views, which are completely unobstructed full ocean views. Ocean rooms are also located in all wings of the resort, they offer ocean views with fauna. Garden rooms are located in all wings of the resort and located in the lower floors, offer lush garden views. Terrace rooms are located in the Molkai wing and offer views of Mount Haleakala.
The mandatory resort fee includes lei greeting upon arrival, welcome Mai Tai punch, unlimited local, toll-free, and credit card calls, coffee and coffee maker in guestrooms, unlimited use of Spa Grande’s cardiovascular and strength training facilities, sunrise power walks, aerobics, yoga and conditioning classes, admission to twice-daily scuba clinics and water aerobics, art and garden tours, Tsunami Night Club entrance, self parking, and shuttle service to scheduled stops throughout the Wailea area.
Effective August 1, 2004, all of our hotel rooms& suites will be non-smoking. Guests that request smoking rooms are asked to smoke out on the balconies. Ashtrays will be provided upon request.
