The shortest walk to the water’s edge from this three-story mid rise offering 42 one-bedroom apartments with private balcony or patio, sparkling clean, beautifully landscaped swimming pool and lounge area. Guests enjoy easy access from every apartment by stairs or elevator. Parking is close with a few ground floor units having the beach and parking at their front door. To the north lies a public beach access, the Wanna Wanna palapa bar with burgers and beer and to the south are the most exclusive residences on the island.
All arrivals for Island Services need to check in at 1700 Padre Blvd. Wrist bands are for anyone between the ages 13-29. Wrist bands are the following:

Florence I $25.00 per person
Palms Resort $10.00 per person
La International $15.00 per person
The resort requires a $50.00 per person security deposit due upon check in during Spring Break. The fee is refunded at check out pending no damages to the unit. Late arrivals must call the property to make arrangements for key location and entry code. Your friendly reservations agent can also provide this information if booking by phone. If arriving late, the property asks that you register the following morning.
