Overlooking the beautiful Parc des Eaux-Vives and Lake Geneva, this hotel is set in a large restored 19th century house, less than two kilometers from the center of Geneva. There are just seven rooms set in the attic of this historic building, all decorated with soft, neutral fabrics. Rooms have DVD players, CD players, bathrobes espresso machines. Slanted ceilings give the rooms rustic charm.
The hotel is chiefly known for its restaurants, which are also open to non-residents. The brasserie offers relaxed meals with a Mediterranean influence, and al fresco dining in summer on the broad terrace overlooking rolling lawns and the lake. The fine dining restaurant boasts a Michelin star, and is set in an impressive Art Deco setting, with crisp white linen and a seasonal French menu accompanied by a a seasonal French menu accompanied by a fine wine list.
The small lounge offers drinks and quality cigars. The hotel is a 25-minute drive from Geneva Airport, and easily reached by train from the airport.
