The Avenue Hotel was established in 1936, and is situated on the False Bay coastline in the small town of Fish Hoek, 500 meters from the beach and 40 kilometers from Cape Town. Guestrooms are available in the West Wing, which have courtyard facing views, and have been decorated to a nautical theme, or in the Lady Anne Wing, which have street facing views and have been decorated with cheerful autumn colors. The hotel restaurant in the Lady Anne dining room offers a full buffet breakfast and dinner, and a light buffet for lunch, comprising English fare with specialty South African delicacies.
