This island village has all the amenities of modern civilization, and more. To begin with, there is the 500 ft. Royal Blue Lagoon Swimming Pool (Still the Largest in Texas!), Two Swim-Up Cabanas,”Twisting Dune” Water slide and Four Heated Whirlpool Spas. The resort also features a private boardwalk to the beach, two lighted tennis courts, water and sand volleyball courts, and Horseshoes. Fishing, golf and horseback riding are also found nearby.
The spacious condominiums are beautifully appointed, and feature a private balcony or deck. They feature fully equipped kitchens with full size appliances, wet bar, washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. This might be a condo property, but the accommodations are still serviced by daily maid service. The also have a state- of-the-art, card key entry system for safety and convenience. Please note: A non-refundable $25 resort and reservation fee will be charged upon arrival. An additional 3% (of the nightly room rate) damage waiver fee will be charged for arrivals during the May- September travel period.
