A tree-lined country villa located in the hilltop village of Solomeo, Locanda Solomeo Country House is 12 kilometers from Perugia and 180 kilometers from Rome. Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) is 200 kilometers from the hotel. There is an hourly express train service to Rome’s Termini station. From here it is possible to get a connecting train to Perugia and then a taxi to the village of Solomeo. Taxis are also readily available outside Rome airport and will cost approximately 250 Euros for a journey all the way to Solomeo, but take a licensed metered taxi only. An airport surcharge is payable.
