The 102 studios and apartments feature a blue and white décor with simple wood furnishings. There is a conference room for business seminars and meetings and a breakfast service is available. Transport to and from the airport is offered for a fee and a parking garage (fee) is provided for guests arriving by car. Guests can browse the traditional market and stroll through the pretty old streets of Lannion, or head to the fine beaches of Côte du Granit Rose. Anticipa Technology Park is five kilometers away and Cosmopolis Science Center is 7 kilometers away.
